ICF Accreditation
Formed in 1995, the International Coach Federation, ICF, is the leading global coaching organization and the largest resource for professional coaches. They are dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches. Novo team members Kim Zovak and John Rietveld are ICF members and participate in the local the Melbourne chapter.

The ICF also provides several professional coaching certifications. Novo team member John Rietveld currently holds an ACC credential; Kim Zovak holds a PCC and Kylie Butler is in the process of applying for her ACC.

Novo’s Coaching Foundations Course Cert IV can provide the needed 60 hours of skill specific training needed for an ACC credential. Novo also offers group and individual mentor-coaching which fulfils that particular requirement for an ICF credential.
